Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a simple return. We ask you contact us before sending anything back. Returned item(s) must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Original shipping charges are not refundable for simple returns unless we are the ones who made an error. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on simple returns on non-defective or undamaged items. We suggest using USPS.

Return Authorization Process:
1.Please e-mail us at info@nativewayonline.com to obtain authorization for your return before return shipping your product. For faster service, please include the following information in the email requesting a return: customer name, order number, and nature of the problem.

2.Use the address you’re given in the e-mail if we decide returning is the best remedy. This will sometimes save shipping and delays to make sure the return is to the proper address.

Damages, Mistakes & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective merchandise can be returned directly to Native Way after following the return authorization request process listed above. Native Way retains the rights to determine the remedy of refund, credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. We strive to what’s right.

If merchandise arrives severely damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you do accept a damaged package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record for Native Way to file any appropriate damage claim.
If damage is discovered after delivery, save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Native Way immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Native Way of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current restrictions.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded such as custom products, special orders, and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to notify us as mentioned above. If it is decided to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know promptly what the refund status might be. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded merchandise costs on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
